PVC

ABS

ABS is quickly becoming the world’s new standard for Edgebanding. It’s the “Greener” alternative to PVC due to it containing no chlorine making it safer if burned. It also weighs `30% less than PVC, has a higher heat resistance and a high impact resistance.

Laser, Hot Air, & NIR

Zero Seam, Functional Layer Edgebanding is the latest in state of the art edgebanding technology. For use with Laser, Hot Air or NIR edgebander machines only, this material requires no additional adhesive and fuses to the board for an incredibly strong bond and a seamless finished product.

3D Acrylic

Coated with a transparent acrylic this Edgebanding offers a unique three dimensional look. 3d Acrylic Edgebanding is also resistant to scratches and markings and creates a finished product with a uniform appearance and no framing effect.

Veneer

Our CVR (Continuous Veneer Rolls) Edgebanding is made from real wood consciously sourced. With a wide variety of species, cuts and widths available these premium grade rolls are finger-jointed, fleece backed and fine sanded.

Thick Veneer

Our thick veneer coils are made with layered wood veneer edgebanding. Finger-jointed and laminated to the inner plys of premium wood they are back sanded for increased adhesion and finish sanded for immediate application

Master Rolls

ESI carries master rolls of PVC and Veneer ready to cut to whatever size you need. ESI’s ability to custom slit Master Rolls in-house, to your specification, helps ensure uncommon sizes are available quickly so your project deadlines are achieved.

Sheet Veneer

ESI offers a wide range of premium, “A” grade species and cuts in 10mil, flexed, paper-backed sheet and also Wood to Wood backed. Stock is in the traditional oversized 4’x8’ size. Custom sizes are available upon request. Factory applied, Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) is also offered upon request.
